Fontana: Certo Texaco /  Man Cave Collectables

Certo’s Texaco Service Station is the historic site of Man Cave Collectibles AKA “the Station”. The site was originally built as a service station in the 1940s and was operating as Certo’s Texaco Service Station. The picture above is the mid to late 40’s or later as evidence shows they were in operation in the 1950’s during the Route 66 heyday with phone book data.

It has always operated as a service station or vehicle repair site ever since, to include auto repair, body shop, or motorcycle repair shop. Man Cave currently continues to repair Harley motorcycles by request as a sub-business. The primary business is to offer Man Cave and Route 66 Gas Station Memorabilia.

Man Cave Collectables is the birthplace of the Black Bell Project as it started through a conversation at this location and a discussion with Dan Moon. Dan designs the black bell logos and paint schemes along with many other Route 66 collectables, from gas pumps to oil barrels to gas pump refrigerators. There are many unique and custom-made items that Dan can create.

Man Cave Collectables is located at 15305 Foothill Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335.
